Job Summary: This role contributes to customer acquisition and retention by ensuring academic excellence and supporting logistical, administrative, and commercial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the educational experience and implementation of the Kids&Us method. 2. Coordinate, train, and support the academic and teaching team. 3. Centro Asturiano México: Cáliz 118, El Reloj, Coyoacán, 04640 Ciudad de México, CDMX **Availability on Saturdays** **Minimum English level: C1 (verifiable)** What will you do in this role? **Lead the Kids\&Us Educational Experience** * Ensure flawless implementation of the Kids\&Us method. * Supervise our teaching team, guiding and training them. * Maintain smooth communication with families regarding students' progress. * Coordinate special services such as Fun Weeks, Storytimes, etc. **Coordinate the Academic Team** * Select, train, and support teachers. * Address pedagogical questions and ensure educational quality. **Support Logistics, Administration, and Customer Service** * Provide operational and commercial support. * Respond to parents’ inquiries and coordinate family events. * Oversee inventory, teaching materials, and the center’s social media accounts.
