Tax Manager HSCP for Grupo Salinas We are seeking a professional with experience in tax management to join our team at Grupo Salinas. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and supervising tax activities, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations and standards. Your role will involve strategic tax planning, process optimization, and managing matters related to corporate and personal taxes. You are expected to have at least five years of experience in similar roles, with a proven track record in managing teams and complex projects. Your prior experience in tax management, along with a solid understanding of tax laws and regulations, will be essential for this position. 1. Coordinate activities for the ongoing updating of the applicable tax regulatory framework as it changes, and support Bank departments by issuing criteria on the integration or modification of tax regimes applicable to their operations. 2. Provide opinions, guidance, and analysis upon request from business-generating areas of the entity regarding the determination of different tax regimes applicable to operations, ensuring alignment with the Bank's applicable tax compliance requirements. 3. Ensure payment of amounts due for Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), fees, and other levies, according to their accurate and timely calculation in accordance with the applicable tax regulatory framework. 4. Supervise the submission of regulatory reports to the National Banking and Securities Commission regarding federal taxes owed by the Bank. 5. Internally and externally handle the promotion of confirmation of criteria, clarifications, proposals for adjustments, and follow-up on audits as a direct taxpayer and in the capacity of withholding agent. 6.
