Position Objective Lead and supervise the organization's accounting operations with a specific focus on banking accounting.\* Ensure regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and efficiency of accounting processes and bank reconciliations, guaranteeing reliable information for strategic decision-making by senior management and controllership.\* Identify data from systems feeding banking accounting, perform analysis, identify data transformation needs, and generate requirements for IT departments.\* Define accounting rules, execute and review testing in quality assurance environments.\* Follow up with key users to meet target deadlines.\* Monitor general activities related to the implementation of the new accounting system. Main Functions Supervise daily accounting entries.\* Coordinate and validate monthly bank reconciliations for all accounting accounts.\* Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.\* Guarantee proper accounting control over banking operations.\* Coordinate timely monthly and annual accounting closings.\* Prepare financial and accounting reports for internal and external audits.\* Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.\* Lead, train, and evaluate assigned accounting staff.\* Propose and implement improvements in accounting processes and internal controls.\* Support Financial Management in financial planning and decision-making. Candidate Profile Knowledge of banking accounting. \*Experience in finance and/or financial project management. \*Familiarity with Mexican Financial Information Standards (NIF). \*Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). \*Proficiency in SAP tools and advanced Excel.
