




Job Summary: We are seeking Micro-wire Welders with proficiency in GMAW/MIG-MAG welding, capable of interpreting drawings, adjusting parameters, and ensuring the quality of welded joints. DE C.V.** *We are looking for your talent as:* **Micro-wire Welder** **\*** 5 openings for the 2nd shift (from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday; initial training lasts nearly one month on the 1st shift, followed by transition to the 2nd shift). **General Information:** * This position offers a Weekly Net Salary ranging from $2400 to $3000, depending on experience. * Overtime pay is provided weekly as applicable. * Social security enrollment begins on the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits (Vacation, Vacation Bonus, Year-end Bonus) * Cafeteria service (Available only for the 1st shift) * Weekly electronic bank transfers every Friday (the workweek starts Thursday and ends Wednesday, with payment issued each Friday). **Job Requirements:** * Proficiency in the GMAW/MIG\-MAG welding process. * Knowledge of welding parameters and thermal control. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and welding specifications. * Proficiency in using measuring and quality control instruments (vernier calipers, gauges, weld profile gauges). * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for welding equipment. * Industrial safety regulations and welding standards (AWS, ISO, EN). * Precision and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve technical problems. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Responsibility and commitment to quality. * Operational organization and discipline. * Adaptability to rotating shifts or working under pressure. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare materials, parts, and equipment prior to welding. * Perform micro-wire (MIG/MAG) welding in various positions and on different material types. * Interpret drawings, technical schematics, and welding specifications. * Adjust welding parameters (voltage, current, wire feed speed, shielding gas). * Verify weld quality via visual inspection and measurement using appropriate instruments. * Perform cleaning and finishing of welded joints. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment. * Report defects, deviations, or failures in materials or equipment. * Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments to improve processes. * Record daily production output and inspection results.
