Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and responsible Accounting Assistant/Analyst with experience in financial and tax accounting for accounting recording, CFDI review, tax information preparation, and IMSS affiliation transaction management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting recording of income, expense, and journal vouchers. 2. Preparation of information for DIOT and IEPS informative tax returns. 3. Management of affiliation transactions with the IMSS. **Position: Accounting Assistant / Analyst** A company is seeking an **Accounting Assistant / Analyst** to join its team. We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with knowledge of financial and tax accounting. **Responsibilities:** * Monthly accounting recording of **income, expense, and journal vouchers**. * Downloading and reviewing **CFDIs received via the SAT portal**, verifying compliance with tax requirements. * Tracking **CFDIs with payment method PPD** and validating issuance of **payment complements by suppliers**. * Reconciliation and consolidation of **balances in supplier subaccounts and advances to suppliers**. * Issuance of **sales CFDIs**, both individual and to the general public. * Preparation of information for the **monthly DIOT**. * Preparation of information for the **quarterly IEPS informative tax returns**. * Calculation of **ISR on salaries** and preparation of **employment termination settlements**. * Management of **IMSS affiliation transactions** (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * Control and administration of **official employee documentation**. **Requirements:** * Experience in financial and electronic accounting. * Proficiency in **ASPEL COI and ASPEL ADM**. * Knowledge of **Excel (basic to intermediate level)**. * Experience with **procedures and services on the SAT portal**. * Proficiency in **IDSE and SUA (IMSS)**. * Attention to detail and organizational skills.
