Job Description: Leading construction company in the market is seeking: **Warehouse Worker for VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS** Requirements * Age: No preference * Gender: No preference * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree * Marital status: No preference * Minimum experience: No minimum experience required **KNOWLEDGE**: Inventory taking, knowledge of construction materials, handling of such materials and warehouse control, as well as construction progress tracking. **JOB OBJECTIVE**: Inventory control for the construction project to ensure optimal use of materials; perform material transfers between projects; plan, control, and coordinate project material resources to ensure proper execution, timing, method, and quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage receipt, stacking, arrangement, and classification of materials and equipment supplied by vendors, in accordance with procedures established by the department. * Record incoming and outgoing movements of materials, consumables, and tooling equipment, to ensure proper control of project assets. * Support supply of materials requested by various project departments. * Conduct physical inventory counts in accordance with established procedures and standards. * Report material requirements to immediate supervisor for procurement.
