**Position:** Railway Construction Assistant / Survey Marker Assistant **Location:** Irapuato Railway Section **Job Description** We are seeking a responsible and experienced **Railway Construction Assistant** in construction. Your role will be to assist in the installation and maintenance of survey markers, working under direct supervision on road infrastructure projects. You will be an essential part of the field team, supporting all necessary tasks to ensure project quality and safety. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist in the installation and placement of survey markers * Prepare and organize construction materials and tools * Maintain order and cleanliness at the worksite * Support excavation, leveling, and material hauling activities * Collaborate in road point measurement and marking * Comply with on-site safety and hygiene protocols * Report progress and any issues to the supervisor * Perform other tasks assigned by the site manager **Essential Requirements** * **Minimum experience:** 1–2 years in civil engineering/road construction * Knowledge of basic construction and road infrastructure tasks * Availability to work on-site * Physical capacity to work outdoors * Responsibility and punctuality **Benefits** * **Base salary** + **$1,000 monthly per diem** * **Transportation:** Provided * **Campsite:** Available * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * **Days off:** Saturdays and Sundays DEPARTURE FROM QRO TO GDL Job type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,200.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Medical expense insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
