Responsibilities: * Develop the project plan and strategies—from initiation through final delivery—using plans across various knowledge areas. * Manage communications and stakeholder interests, including those of clients, team members, and other project participants. * Analyze project team expectations and their impact, and develop management strategies to ensure effective participation and skill development. * Integrate the organization’s quality policy into the planning, management, and control of project quality requirements to meet objectives. * Monitor and control on-site work to ensure the project meets quality, schedule, cost, and scope requirements.
