




Job Summary: Responsible for managing fuel control, voucher administration, and supporting internal audits to ensure policy compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strict administration and control of fuel consumption and fuel vouchers. 2. Key support in internal audits and improvement of administrative controls. 3. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial guidelines. Fuel Control: * Maintain daily records of fuel consumption per unit, machinery, and project. * Validate fuel consumption and odometer/hour-meter logs. * Reconcile supplier invoices with internal reports. * Identify deviations or unusual consumption patterns and report them promptly. * Prepare weekly and monthly fuel consumption reports. * Monitor physical fuel inventories (if applicable). Voucher Control: * Administer and safeguard fuel vouchers. * Track voucher allocation and replenishment. * Verify that vouchers are properly authorized. * Reconcile issued vouchers with received invoices. * Control voucher serial numbers and prevent duplication or misuse. Internal Control and Audit: * Support internal audits related to fuel usage. * Implement improvements in administrative controls. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial guidelines. 4. Job Profile Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. Experience: * 1–3 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, or administration within construction or industrial companies. * Experience in fuel control (preferred). Knowledge: * Budgetary control. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Administrative reconciliations. * Inventory control.
