If you are an expert at identifying construction defects and capable of leading work crews with authority, this position is for you! ### **Your Role in This Position** You will serve as our on-site technical representative, responsible for supervising warranty execution—ensuring accurate diagnostics and preventing cost overruns or recurrence. Your role is the vital liaison between field operations and corporate headquarters. ### **What Profile Are We Seeking?** * **Education:** Engineering or Architecture (completed or incomplete). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in construction site supervision or maintenance of mass-produced housing. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to identify construction-origin defects and judgment to distinguish warranty-covered issues from misuse. * Proficiency in hydraulic, sanitary, electrical installations, and pumping equipment. * Ability to interpret architectural and installation blueprints. * Familiarity with finishes and general construction practices. * **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel), Outlook; ERP **Enkontrol** experience is desirable. ### **Your Key Responsibilities** * Diagnose and document warranty reports with photographic evidence. * Coordinate and supervise work crews and contractors performing corrective work. * Manage and safeguard assigned materials and tools. * Prepare structured technical reports and ensure administrative closure with the client’s signed acceptance. * Direct interaction with property owners and on-site conflict resolution. * Field activity (50% site work / 50% office work). ### **Skills That Will Help You Succeed** We seek someone with **strong field leadership**, operational autonomy, and clear, professional communication.
