The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper execution of works, personnel management, and compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budget. Responsibilities: * Management and monitoring of residential carpentry projects. * Direct supervision of operational staff at workshop and job sites. * Control of progress, delivery timelines, and quality. * Coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal team. * Planning of activities and allocation of resources. * Resolution of on-site incidents. * Progress reporting and material control. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or site supervision. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of carpentry, construction, or interior design processes. * Basic blueprint reading skills. * Organizational skills, leadership, and results orientation. * Availability for fieldwork.
