Job Description We are seeking a Cost Analyst responsible for preparing, analyzing, and controlling construction budgets, ensuring the accurate integration of unit prices, quantities, and construction schedules in accordance with the executive project, technical specifications, contracts, and applicable regulations. Responsibilities * Prepare construction budgets based on the executive project and technical surveys. * Conduct analysis of unit prices (materials, labor, machinery, and equipment). * Generate quantity take-offs and work generators according to approved drawings. * Prepare material breakdowns and item catalogs. * Develop construction schedules (time planning) in accordance with contractual timelines. * Request, analyze, and compare at least three supplier quotations. * Monitor and control direct and indirect costs during construction execution. * Support public and private bidding processes. * Analyze budget variances and propose corrective actions. * Prepare cost and physical-financial progress reports for Management. * Maintain up-to-date databases of unit prices and suppliers. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cost analysis and construction budgeting. * Proficiency in OPUS, Neodata, and intermediate/advanced Excel. * Knowledge of civil works and building construction. * Familiarity with the Public Works Law and Related Services Law is desirable. * Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
