COMPANY Job Objective Plan, control, and record the textile factory’s financial and accounting operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, business profitability, and compliance with tax, accounting, and labor obligations. Financial Functions Develop and monitor the factory’s overall budget. Manage cash flow and cash availability. Analyze production costs (raw materials, labor, and indirect costs). Determine cost per meter of woven fabric. Support pricing and profit margin determination. Evaluate investments in machinery, maintenance, and productivity improvements. Prepare financial reports for management. Accounting Functions Record and monitor daily accounting transactions. Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement). Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Reconcile bank accounts. Control raw material and finished goods inventories. Safeguard and organize accounting documentation. Tax and Labor Functions Calculate and file taxes according to current regulations. Monitor payroll, overtime payments, and employee benefits. Comply with obligations before tax authorities and social security institutions. Prepare information for audits or government reviews. Administrative Functions Negotiate payment terms with suppliers. Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Support the company’s strategic decision-making process. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years in accounting and financial management, preferably in textile or manufacturing companies.
