We operate an **on-site call center** in Tulum with a modern environment, air conditioning, and high-tech equipment. **All training is paid.** YOUR ROLE You will work **in-office** as part of a team of assistants. You will be the first point of telephone contact for business clients in the **U.S.** (basic English and Spanish). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Answer incoming calls (via softphone / Zoom Phone) from business clients in **basic English** (scripts provided). * Provide first-level support using manuals: invoicing, reports, policies, renewals, endorsements. * Schedule appointments, follow up on cases, and update records (Management System ATOM). * Draft professional emails in basic English. * Constantly collaborate with U.S.-based staff via video call / phone / Teams. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * University degree (any major: Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, etc.). * Excellent spoken and written Spanish (native level). * Conversational English (minimum B1) – to follow scripts and handle guided calls. * Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a call center, telephone support, or customer service. * Availability to work **100% on-site** in Tulum. * Own transportation or easy access to the office (Hotel Zone / Downtown). VALUED SKILLS * Fast-learning attitude. * Proactivity, organization, and empathy. * Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office.
