Join our team as "Mechanical Supervisor" Responsibilities: * Support production goals by maintaining machinery and equipment in optimal condition. * Execute the complete maintenance process (corrective, preventive, and predictive). * Efficiently manage time and activities of the maintenance personnel. * Make on-site decisions to ensure proper machinery operation. * Promote spare parts control among maintenance staff. * Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented. Requirements: * Experience: 2 years * Knowledge: Mechanics, material resistance, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, welding methods, interpretation of electromechanical blueprints. Official Mexican standards related to maintenance activities within the company. * Education: Degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Electricity (completed or near completion). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Willingness to relocate within the state of Morelos.
