We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and carry out the necessary tasks to ensure the proper operation, preservation, and safety of school facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as supervising external service providers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance work on electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, carpentry, painting, and green areas. * Supervise maintenance personnel, ensuring assigned tasks are completed. * Manage the purchase and control of necessary tools, materials, and supplies. * Respond to equipment and facility failure reports, prioritizing urgent repairs. * Supervise and follow up on work performed by external providers. * Comply with and enforce safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations. * Assist in logistics and preparation of facilities for school events. **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in electromechanical, hydraulic, or mechanical engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in educational institutions. * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry. * Knowledge of solar panels and air conditioning systems. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Flexible availability. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, and Saturdays as required by the school.
