Requirements: * Demonstrable English proficiency level (B2, C1, or equivalent certification). * Proficiency in pedagogical strategies for teaching English. * Classroom management and group control. * Planning and implementation of dynamic and interactive activities. Required Competencies: * Effective communication in English and Spanish. * Lesson planning and class organization. * Creativity in developing pedagogical activities. * Collaboration with fellow teachers and academic coordination. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Ability to motivate and guide students in their learning. * Application of positive discipline in the classroom. * Adaptability and problem-solving within the school environment. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver English classes according to the academic curriculum. * Assess students’ progress. * Prepare lesson plans and progress reports. * Maintain communication with academic coordination. * Promote English language use in the classroom. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
