Individuals with a growth mindset, results-oriented focus, and passion for education who wish to join a high-impact, expanding project. **Job Objective** Increase sales of academic programs by providing professional and timely support to prospects, ensuring achievement of commercial targets and an excellent enrollment experience. **Requirements** **Experience:** * Experience in consultative sales (ideally in educational or intangible services) * Experience in closing sales * Management of digital leads and commercial follow-up **Languages:** * Basic English **Technical Knowledge** * Sales and closing techniques * Lead management and sales funnels * Monitoring of commercial KPIs * Commercial CRM * Contact tools: WhatsApp Business, phone calls, video calls, and email * Videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) * Preparation of commercial reports **Main Responsibilities** * Promote and sell academic programs * Prospect and follow up with interested individuals * Provide clear guidance on the educational offerings * Manage prospects through to enrollment * Record information in the CRM * Monitor sales KPIs * Coordinate with the academic department to ensure proper student onboarding **Key Competencies** * Results orientation * Assertive communication * Customer service * Active listening * Organization and follow-up * Negotiation * Frustration tolerance * Working under pressure Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
