Experience in face-to-face and online customer service. Inventory management experience. What will you do? Conduct direct sales of official merchandise online or in-store. Set up, display, and maintain an attractive point-of-sale presentation. Control inventory before, during, and after each event. Accurately record sales and product movements. Coordinate logistics for shipping and delivering products to buyers (in case of delayed deliveries). Verify that products reach the correct destination and in good condition. Follow up on incidents, returns, or complaints. Maintain constant communication with the logistics and administration teams. Represent the brand with a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented attitude. What do we offer? Negotiable salary commensurate with experience: $20,000–$25,000 net monthly.
