A metal-mechanical company specializing in the commercialization of metals and steel is seeking your talent—join our team as: **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** **LOCATION**: Huehuetoca **WE OFFER**: * Base salary of $12,600 gross per month * Guarantee bonus of $1,000 for the first 3 months * Statutory benefits from day one * Subsidized cafeteria Starting from the 4th month: * Grocery vouchers amounting to 2% of salary * Additional quarterly bonus of $2,000 base * Additional quarterly bonus of $1,000 based on warehouse KPI achievement **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM to 7:30 PM; 2 Saturdays per month on standby **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Supervise, coordinate, and control activities related to order fulfillment, storage, and distribution of materials within the warehouse area; loading and unloading of goods; personnel management. **REQUIREMENTS**: \- Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position or performing identical duties. \- Prior experience managing personnel. \- Proficiency in SAP or other warehouse ERP systems. \- Experience managing warehouse KPIs. \- Familiarity with forklifts, counterbalanced forklifts, and overhead cranes (desirable but not mandatory).
