Supervision and maintenance of delivery units **Job Description:** WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within our facilities, ensuring inventory integrity and accuracy. This role involves effective inventory management, maintaining accurate records, and complying with warehouse safety and organizational standards. Minimum experience: 1–2 years Age range: 25–50 years Intermediate or Advanced Excel proficiency Numerical aptitude Minimum 1 year of experience using any ERP system Forklift operation experience (preferred) Proficiency in using measuring tools Knowledge of 5S methodology Experience in the metal-mechanical industry preferred but not mandatory Logistics knowledge Personnel management skills Responsibilities: · Counting materials upon receipt and dispatch, signing original documents and retaining copies of all transactions (invoices, movement forms, transfers, and other relevant documents). · Loading, unloading, and organizing goods, including verification of incoming and outgoing shipments (matching invoices against goods). · Photographing material entries and exits from the warehouse. · Maintaining a log of signatures confirming acceptance of material documentation, whether transfer documents or invoices for local distribution. · Documents must explicitly state confirmation that materials arrived in correct quantity and good physical condition, supported by photographic evidence and stamped with corresponding documentation. · Maintaining a chronological daily archive of signed transaction documents. · Supervising the use of delivery trucks; coordinating with the branch supervisor on maintenance of delivery units; monitoring scheduled maintenance and submitting vehicle route reports to the monitoring department. · Warehouse cleaning and implementation of 5S principles. · Physical inventory counts, month-end closing, and supporting internal audits conducted by company management.
