The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and leading a team of employees to achieve company goals. Duties and Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. \- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve productivity and efficiency targets. \- Ensure inventory accuracy and integrity of warehouse records. \- Implement and maintain warehouse safety and quality procedures and policies. \- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. \- Analyze and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. \- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and standards. \- Coordinate logistics Requirements: \- Prior experience in a leadership role within a warehouse or similar environment. \- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and automatic identification technologies (barcodes, RFID, etc.). \- Effective leadership and communication skills. \- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. \- Knowledge of occupational safety and labor regulations.
