Willingness to relocate to Santín Plant **Job Description** Grupo VNA is seeking a Warehouse and Metal Structures Supervisor responsible for coordinating operational activities in the area, ensuring inventory control, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while complying with safety and quality standards. **Job Objective** Ensure that warehouse and metal structures area operations are conducted efficiently, orderly, and safely by supervising operational staff and monitoring daily work schedules. **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily activities in the warehouse and metal structures areas. * Control inventories, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. * Ensure compliance with the operational schedule. * Coordinate and supervise operational staff in the area. * Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards. * Support continuous improvement of operational processes. **Requirements** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Systems Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial production. * Knowledge of inventory control and operational processes. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables and data analysis). * AutoCAD and SolidWorks (preferred). * Leadership and personnel management. * Willingness to relocate to Santín Plant. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:30 hrs. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: $14,000 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for internal growth.
