Job Description At **Rosco**, a company specializing in infrastructure and services for telecommunications, we are seeking **experienced RAN tower technicians** to join our fieldwork teams. **Responsibilities** * Perform **installation, integration, and maintenance** of equipment on telecom towers (Radio / Antennas / Fiber / Coaxial Cables). * Carry out **work at height**, adhering to the highest safety standards. * **Assemble and disassemble** RAN infrastructure and components. * Submit **photographic reports** and complete site logbooks. * Coordinate directly with supervisors, integration engineers, and field crews. **Requirements** * Minimum experience: 1 year as a tower technician or field technician in telecommunications projects. * Knowledge of mobile site infrastructure and RAN networks. * Proficiency in using hand and power tools. * Willingness to travel and work across various regions of the country. * Certifications (preferred): * Work at Height * Harness and Lifeline Use * First Aid * Basic Electricity or DC Power **We Offer** * **Competitive salary** (commensurate with experience). * **Covered per diems** for out-of-town assignments. * **Ongoing training** on RAN safety and operational standards. * Full **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**. * **Job stability** and growth opportunities within Ericsson projects. * An excellent **work environment** and professional development in telecommunications.
