Position Summary: We are seeking a Technician / Diagnostic Technician with experience in an automotive dealership to inspect, diagnose faults, prepare service estimates, and resolve customer issues. Customer problem-solving focus **AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP SOUTH OF THE CITY.** **SEEKING TECHNICIAN / DIAGNOSTIC TECHNICIAN.** **Requirements:** * Marital status: Not specified. * Education: Technical Automotive Program. * Additional studies or knowledge: Familiarity with SEAT vehicles, mechanical and electrical knowledge, service estimate preparation, use of standard and specialized tools, diagnostic capability. * Skills: Strong verbal communication, initiative, problem-solving ability, teamwork, customer service orientation. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in an automotive dealership position preferred; certification process experience preferred. * Other requirements: Flexible schedule availability, responsible, punctual, valid driver’s license. **Responsibilities:** * Inspect and diagnose faults in received vehicles. * Identify specific faults or abnormal vehicle conditions. * Record mechanical information about the vehicle. * Prepare repair cost estimates. * Notify the Workshop Manager regarding additional repairs or parts required. * General automotive repair experience. * Accessory installation. * Practical and effective customer-focused problem resolution. **We Offer:** * Base salary + piece-rate pay. * Statutory benefits (social security, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium). * Additional benefits. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. * Saturdays: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. * Sundays: Day off.
