Work for a company committed to excellence and professional development. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the recruitment and selection process from requisition, candidate screening, interviews, technical evaluation, and onboarding. * Post job openings on Pandapé, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media platforms. * Design infographics for job postings. * Contact qualified candidates for first and second interviews according to job profile. * Administer theoretical and practical assessments. * Verify employment references. * Schedule laboratory medical examinations. * Receive documents for digital file creation and employee ID issuance. * Notify Safety & Hygiene and Payroll departments upon hiring to request access credentials, IMSS registration, and payroll enrollment. **Requirements:** * Reside in the North Zone (Azcapotzalco, GAM, Tlalnepantla). * Minimum age: 26 years. * Graduates of any discipline with at least 4 years’ experience in recruitment. * Proficiency in recruitment tools and best practices in the field. * Ability to adapt to dynamic and demanding environments. * Strong communication and negotiation skills with candidates. * Excel proficiency. * **Experience covering positions in the electrical/industrial sector (Desirable)** **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs. * $12,000 MXN net monthly salary. * Punctuality bonus. * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Workplace location: Vallejo Industrial Zone, Azcapotzalco. * Hiring process completed within one week, assuming successful conclusion.
