




**Bakery Production Supervisor** Key Responsibilities 1\. **Production.** · Supervise that established recipes are prepared according to standards. 2\. **Input Control** · Verify safe substitutes when an input is unavailable. 3\. **Inventory Control** 4\. **Product Development and Improvement** · Partially participate in testing or adjustments of new products when required. 5\. **Internal Coordination** · Communicate urgent input requirements to purchasing and warehouse departments. 6\. **Cleaning and Good Practices Control** 7\. **Temperature Control and Food Safety** 8\. **Operational Support** · Support resolution of staffing shortages by assigning tasks based on each team member’s area of expertise. **Requirements:** · Experience in pastry/bakery production. · Knowledge of weighing, baking, and quality control processes. · Basic–intermediate Excel proficiency. · Process organization and discipline. · Experience supervising cleaning procedures and record-keeping. **LOCATION: SAN BALTAZAR CAMPECHE** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,525.87 – $11,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
