**GRUGAR INDUSTRIAL** Leading company in the manufacturing of display units **GRINDING SUPERVISOR NEEDED** **Objective.** Supervise and coordinate grinding activities to ensure correct product finishing, quality, safety, and compliance with the production schedule. **Activities and responsibilities** * Supervise the grinding and finishing process of parts. * Verify that parts meet quality specifications. * Coordinate and assign tasks to shift personnel. * Ensure proper use of grinders, discs, and tools. * Monitor processing times and rework. * Comply with and enforce industrial safety regulations. * Report production progress, incidents, and results. * Meet the production schedule. * Ensure final product finish quality. * Proper use of equipment and tools. * Personnel and area safety. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years’ experience in display units or metal-mechanical industry, specifically in grinding.
