**Unilever is hiring a Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator** =================================================================== **Function:** Maintenance **Reports to:** Maintenance Manager **Scope:** Local **Location:** Cuernavaca, Morelos **Terms & Conditions:** Full time. **Role Responsibilities:** * Ensure operational continuity by maintaining stock levels of critical spare parts required for maintenance activities, utilizing continuous improvement tools and standardized procedures, to guarantee that team requirements are supplied and maintained on time and in such a manner that production and maintenance plans are properly fulfilled—following the "Warehouse Stock Policy". * Procurement of replenishment-type items (MRP), consumables, and imports. * Be responsible for spare parts arrivals, providing visibility into arrival dates, costs, and other required information, using an organized and structured methodology. * Ensure that IE's (Inventory Entries) and write-offs are recorded as soon as services are received (with evidence), and that spare parts removal from the warehouse (via Work Orders) is requested in the SAP system. **Required Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of SAP system * Basic-to-intermediate English * Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
