




Leading company in cleaning services We are looking for a Social Security Specialist Coordinator. Main responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all activities related to compliance with labor and tax regulations. * Calculate and supervise the correct payment of social security contributions. * Collaborate with the Human Resources department to plan strategies that prevent excessive increases in social benefits while complying with labor regulations. * Supervise timely and proper registration and termination of employee records. * Prepare reports and analyze employer-employee contribution trends, developing an action plan to improve cost efficiency. * Carry out transactions on all relevant institutional portals to avoid fines and surcharges. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * In-depth knowledge of labor and tax regulations. * Advanced Excel and payroll software proficiency. * Personnel management and teamwork skills.
