We seek a strategist who will coordinate shoots, structure content calendars, and convert this visual material into **sales, traffic, and sign-ups for our loyalty programs and brands.** **IMPORTANT:** This is a strictly performance-based position. We are not looking for someone who merely "posts photos" or keeps social channels active—we require month-on-month measurable results. **Key Responsibilities:** * **On-Set Direction (Fieldwork in CDMX):** Assist and direct photo/video shoots to ensure the audiovisual team captures exactly what your strategy dictates. You are responsible for ensuring the final material drives sales. * **Strategy & Calendars:** Design monthly content calendars across multiple brands, with clear objectives for each post. * **Copywriting & Community Management:** Write persuasive copy and manage direct messages to close reservations or sign-ups. * **Analysis & Performance Reporting:** Deliver real conversion metrics (e.g., promotional code usage, in-store traffic driven by campaigns, link clicks). **Evaluation & Retention System:** Your continued employment and salary progression will depend on a monthly metrics review. Your performance will be assessed as follows: * **Optimal:** You meet or exceed conversion targets and contribute fresh, audience-resonant creativity. (Ensures retention and salary growth.) * **Needs Improvement:** Organization is present, but content is not converting at the expected pace. Immediate creative and strategic adjustments will be required. * **Unsatisfactory:** Lack of measurable results, creative misalignment with our brands, or poor coordination.
