




Food **company** is looking for a **Shift Production Manager:** **Basic knowledge:** \-Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) \-HACCP \-Personnel management **Responsibilities:** **Operations supervision:** Coordinate and supervise shift production operations, ensuring output **Personnel management:** Lead and motivate the production team, ensuring a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment. This includes task assignment, training, and conflict resolution. **Planning and scheduling:** Manage and execute efficient production plans, optimizing available resources and guaranteeing product delivery within established deadlines. **Quality, food safety, and regulatory control:** Supervise and ensure production processes comply with quality and food safety standards, as well as applicable government regulations. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and hygiene regulations and standards in food production, maintaining appropriate records and participating in audits. **Continuous improvement:** Identify areas for process improvement. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. / 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. / 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Saturdays: 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. / 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Statutory benefits** Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 \- $18,001.00 per month Application question(s): * Please state your educational background Work location: On-site employment
