




Job Summary: Diagnose and carry out body repair and repainting work, preparing surfaces, mixing and applying automotive paint, and ensuring high-quality final finishes. Key Highlights: 1. Optimal use of materials and supplies, and adherence to assigned deadlines FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Diagnose body and vehicle surface damage according to the repair order. * Carry out **straightening, alignment, repair or replacement of sheet metal**. * Prepare surfaces using **fillers, sanding, sealing and priming**. * Mix and apply **automotive paint** according to colorimetry and technical data sheets. * Perform **partial or full repainting**, touch-ups, polishing and final finishes. * Meet **assigned deadlines** per work order and monthly workshop workload. * Optimize the use of **materials and supplies** (paint, solvents, abrasives). * Maintain tools, equipment, paint booth and work area. * Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety standards. * Properly use **personal protective equipment (PPE)**. * Report progress, delays, additional damage or needs to the Workshop Supervisor.
