Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Site Safety Officer to supervise and enforce safety standards, verify PPE usage, and identify unsafe conditions on construction projects. Support implementation of preventive measures At **Cosmopolitan Group**, we are looking for a Site Safety Officer for one of our projects in Zona Rio. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a site safety officer (preferably on vertical construction projects). * Knowledge of construction safety and hygiene regulations (STPS). * Experience managing and supervising PPE. * Knowledge of working at heights and risk control. * Minimum education: high school diploma (technical degree in industrial safety preferred). * Responsible individual with strong character to enforce guidelines and a preventive mindset. **Job Duties:** * Supervise compliance with safety standards on site. * Verify correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe acts and conditions. * Prepare daily reports and safety logbooks. * Provide safety induction to newly hired personnel. * Control site access and validate work permits (for height, welding, cutting, etc.). * Support implementation of preventive measures to avoid accidents. **We Offer:** * All statutory benefits. * Career development opportunities.
