Attention to detail, effective communication, and conflict resolution. **Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible, committed, and experienced Security Guard / Watchman in access control and security protocols to safeguard our facilities and support compliance with CTPAT security guidelines. **Requirements:** · Completed high school education · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. · Knowledge of: o Security protocols o Logbook management o CTPAT security procedures o Security camera monitoring o Handling situations under pressure · Valid driver’s license (desirable) **Desired Skills:** \- Attention to detail and observational ability. \- Effective communication and respectful interpersonal conduct. \- Clear writing of reports and incident documentation. \- Teamwork. \- Ability to follow instructions and protocols. \- Appropriate conflict resolution capability. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, vehicles, and cargo units. \- Record access entries and notify respective departments. \- Conduct security patrols within the facilities. \- Monitor security cameras. \- Report any anomalies related to facilities, units, or equipment. \- Record and update logbooks in accordance with CTPAT program security guidelines. **Additional Responsibilities:** \- Participate in security trainings and drills; maintain the work area in good condition.
