Professional growth A reputable company specializing in screen printing of disposable products is currently looking for: **Screen Printing Supervisor** Objective: Supervise, coordinate, and optimize all screen printing process activities, ensuring print quality, adherence to production schedules, and efficient utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel. Responsibilities: * Supervise and control the entire screen printing process—from preparation through to final product finishing. * Verify proper frame fabrication, emulsion exposure, and ink preparation. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications for each production order. * Coordinate the use and basic maintenance of screen printing machinery. * Approve first-print samples (trial runs) before commencing mass production. * Monitor inventories of inks, meshes, solvents, and raw materials. * Train staff on correct screen printing techniques and best practices. * Supervise workplace organization and cleanliness. * Report equipment malfunctions for preventive and corrective maintenance. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of screen printing processes and techniques (manual and automatic). * Handling of inks, solvents, additives, and meshes. * Print quality control. * Basic understanding of production performance indicators. * Industrial safety and hygiene. * **Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
