Professional growth Job Objective Coordinate, implement, and supervise Safety and Hygiene activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with current regulations and fostering a zero-accident culture in residential projects. Requirements **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience as Safety and Hygiene Coordinator or Supervisor on residential construction sites Knowledge of STPS regulations applicable to construction Personnel and contractor management skills Willingness to work onsite Technical Knowledge STPS Standards (NOM\-001, NOM\-009, NOM\-017, NOM\-030, among others) Risk analysis and AST preparation EPP (Personal Protective Equipment) control Incident and accident investigation and reporting Implementation of safety plans and programs Preparation of safety reports and logs Safety inductions and safety talks (5-minute sessions) **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise compliance with Safety and Hygiene regulations on site Implement and monitor the safety program Conduct daily site inspection rounds Train operational staff and contractors on safety topics Identify unsafe acts and conditions and follow up on corrective actions Prepare incident, accident, and statistical reports Coordinate preventive actions to sustain a zero-accident culture We Offer Competitive salary of $23,000 monthly gross Statutory benefits Job stability Professional growth within the company Ongoing residential development projects
