We are seeking a **Construction Resident** with experience in **retail-type projects**, focused on the proper execution of commercial construction works, while carefully managing delivery timelines, brand standards, and finish quality. Position Purpose Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive execution of commercial projects (stores, shops, malls, and retail spaces), ensuring compliance with the construction schedule, allocated budget, and technical specifications established by the client. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily construction activities on retail sites. * Coordinate contractors and specialized suppliers for commercial finishes and installations. * Ensure compliance with visual identity guidelines and brand standards. * Monitor physical progress against the construction schedule. * Manage on-site supplies, materials, and equipment. * Prepare progress reports and cost estimates. * Verify compliance with safety and quality standards. * Resolve operational issues to guarantee timely deliveries, especially for commercial openings. **Required Profile** * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (licensed or intern). * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Construction Resident on construction projects, preferably **retail or commercial works**. * Knowledge of construction processes focused on interiors, finishes, electrical installations, voice and data systems, HVAC, and commercial fit-outs. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong results orientation and commitment to meeting delivery deadlines. * Willingness to travel as required by the project. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional growth opportunities. * Participation in high-impact commercial projects.
