Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating production areas to deliver high-quality products on time, managing resources and leading a professional team. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of key performance indicators and preparation of performance reports Responsible for coordinating departments involved in the production process to ensure timely delivery of products meeting required quality standards, utilizing resources efficiently and effectively, and guiding the work team with leadership and professionalism. ***PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES.*** a. QUALITY AND IMPROVEMENTS **Implement techniques such as Lean Manufacturing or Kaizen to improve productivity, reduce waste, enhance quality, and minimize downtime.** b. PLANNING AND GOALS **Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, intelligently assigning personnel across departments and verifying proper machinery operation, as well as training staff to become multi-skilled.** c. SUPERVISION **Supervise personnel, assign tasks, provide training, evaluate performance, and ensure workplace safety (use of PPE, compliance with regulations).** d. REPORTING AND KPIs **Analyze key performance indicators (efficiency, rejection rates, OEE) and prepare performance reports to support decision-making.** e. DELIVERY OF TEAM WORK RESULTS.
