IMPORTANT FOOD INDUSTRY COMPANY IS SEEKING "PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR" **Requirements:** \-Age: 30 to 45 years old \-Education: Food Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Chemistry; or related degrees. **KNOWLEDGE IN:** **\-** This position is responsible for carrying out production according to production planning and scheduling, ensuring quality, specifications, delivery deadlines, and established costs. \-SAP system \-Supervise and coordinate operational staff. \-Ensure operational staff have all necessary resources to meet delivery deadlines (personnel, raw materials, equipment, supplies, tools, PPE). \-Reduce waste levels across all processes. \-Identify, request, and schedule applicable training courses for staff. \-Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22,000, GMPs, KPIs. \- And others. **Skills and Competencies:** * Leadership and management of hierarchical teams. * Operational planning and process control. * Effective communication and conflict resolution. * Results orientation and continuous improvement. * Problem solving under pressure. * Commitment to safety and operational quality. **SHIFT ROTATION:** First shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Second shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.; Saturday, 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Third shift: Monday to Friday, 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor or Production Team Leader. * Demonstrable experience managing operational staff. **WE OFFER:** \-Base salary. \-Bi-weekly payments. \-Productivity bonus of $450 per month. \-Food vouchers of $600 per month. \-Savings fund. \-Employee discounts on products. \-Statutory benefits from day one.
