ADM A leading company in the manufacturing of animal feed is seeking: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: * Ensure product manufacturing complies with formulations to guarantee products meet specifications. * Supervise and manage subordinate personnel to ensure assigned tasks are completed within established timeframes, while ensuring proper use of safety equipment; conduct inspections to verify clean and orderly work areas. * Coordinate machine downtime schedules with Maintenance according to MP plans. Record downtime incidents on films using defined codes and report them to Maintenance via Work Orders (WOs) for breakdowns. * Prepare reports on machine performance, downtime, product deliveries to warehouse, and completed activities to monitor processes and productivity within the area, ensuring adherence to established production plans.
