We are seeking: **PRODUCTION LINE SUPERVISOR** **MISSION:** Prepare production area reports and communications, monitor and supervise the processes involved, and comply with the production plan on time and as scheduled. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Request raw materials and receive them. * Schedule and supervise activities within their area. * Verify sufficient pallets are available for palletizers, unused packaging material is removed, and unused pallets are wrapped. * Hand over shift in clean and orderly conditions. * Meet production targets according to the established schedule, applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Complete area-specific cleaning forms hourly. * Verify machine adjustments and ensure tooling changes occur so that package format and flavor changes happen in the shortest possible time; verify lid changes. * Prepare a report to Quality if defective raw materials are observed. * Return surplus raw materials. * Review the activity plan and suggest adjustments for modification if necessary. * Verify products meet specifications. * Analyze failures and unforeseen events during production and resolve them immediately. * Deliver finished products to the warehouse. * Review attendance and checklist records. * Ensure staff fully complies (100%) with company quality and safety policies. * Review logbooks for each machine and report malfunctions to Maintenance, following up accordingly.
