Experience managing tools and machinery including: * Scheduling management, operational control, and discipline. * Development and monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Analysis of production area performance, identification of improvement opportunities, and assurance of key performance indicator compliance. * Quality, safety, and environmental management. * Compliance with Integrated Management System procedures. * Efficiency and continuous improvement. * Continuous analysis of departmental quality objectives using quality tools and proposal of improvements. * Coordination with HR regarding justified absences, leave requests, vacations, overtime, equipment allocation, PPE, and uniforms for personnel under supervision. * Regulatory compliance.
