100% Mexican company specializing in Intelligence, Security, and Communications within the real estate sector is seeking a **Procurement Leader with desirable experience in special systems installation / construction / electrical projects.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Business Administration, International Relations, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related field) * Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement for Special Systems / Construction * Experience leading teams * Negotiation and cost analysis skills * Knowledge of contracts and supplier management * ERP / procurement systems proficiency (Neodata, Smartsheet, or similar) **Responsibilities:** * Lead the procurement department and its team * Develop and implement sourcing strategies * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers * Evaluate and qualify suppliers * Manage budgets and generate measurable savings * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures * Analyze departmental performance indicators (KPIs) * Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounting, Treasury, Cost & Budgeting, and Logistics * Manage payments with the Treasury department * Review current inventory levels to prevent unnecessary purchases or stockouts * Obtain quotations and maintain direct contact with suppliers of materials, equipment, tools, sanitary fixtures, and mobile offices to reduce costs **We offer:** * **Net monthly salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00** * Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the company * 100% IMSS registration * Location: Tlalnepantla de Baz Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
