* Track daily reports and submit them on time. * Safely and independently operate two printing presses to meet daily production schedules. Perform die setup, debugging, and First Article Inspection (FAI) according to Work Instructions (WI) and setup procedures. Monitor equipment operating status and promptly identify and resolve anomalies during production. * Conduct daily and weekly inspections of printing presses and accurately complete checklists. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and tightening. Assist engineers or external vendors during periodic inspections and breakdown repairs. * Conduct self-inspections and random product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards (dimensional, appearance, etc.). * Identify and segregate non-conforming products and promptly report quality issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized workplace in accordance with the 5S principles. Strictly comply with all company safety rules and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Participate in safety meetings and training, and proactively contribute suggestions to improve safety. * Implement improvements to forms or processes to enhance efficiency. * Collaborate in audits and adherence to quality standards.
