Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation Job Objective Prepare and dispatch grilled food with **speed, quality, and standardization**, ensuring that every delivery order is complete, well presented, and on time, while maintaining cleanliness, order, and inventory control at the workstation. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare meats, side dishes, and accompaniments on the grill according to established recipes and portion sizes. * Meet preparation time requirements for delivery platform orders and internal orders. * Assemble and deliver complete orders, paying attention to portion size, temperature, and presentation. * Keep the grill, utensils, and work area clean and organized throughout the shift. * Assist with pre-preparation (mise en place): chopping, portioning, and stocking. * Report shortages, losses, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor or kitchen manager. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling standards. * Coordinate closely with packaging staff, bar staff, and delivery personnel. **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months’ experience as a grill cook or cook (preferably in a taquería). * Basic knowledge of food handling and temperature control. * Availability for rotating shifts. * Delivery operations or high-volume experience is desirable. **We Offer** * Net Monthly Salary: $12,000.00 * One weekday day off * Complimentary uniforms and meals * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time, Probationary Period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
