Main Responsibilities: • Continuously monitor CCTV cameras to identify any anomalies or risk situations. • Detect, record, and follow up on operational and security incidents. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on detected incidents. • Immediately notify relevant departments of any significant events. • Safeguard visual evidence (videos and images) of important events. • Verify proper functioning of the video surveillance system and report technical failures. • Track routes, units, or personnel (if mobile monitoring applies). • Support internal investigations through review of recordings. • Maintain constant communication with operations and/or security teams. • Conduct on-site inspections when necessary (applies if required by the position).
