Leadership and teamwork At IXPIA Private Security, we seek a responsible, proactive, and leadership-oriented Operational Supervisor tasked with coordinating and supervising operational staff assigned across various services. The primary function is to ensure adherence to security protocols, proper staff appearance and performance, and timely response to client needs. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations of security personnel across assigned services. * Verify compliance with instructions, appearance standards, schedules, and performance. * Address incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on relevant events. * Coordinate staff shifts, breaks, and relocations. * Provide customer support and assistance in any operational situation. * Support training and orientation of new personnel. * Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality and service standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Operational Supervisor or in a similar role within private security. * Knowledge of instructions, access control, logs, and operational reporting. * Personnel management and conflict resolution skills. * Flexible availability for work hours, site visits, or transportation. * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma. * Valid driver’s license.
