Valle Clinic and Polar Salud invite you to join our medical team as: **ON-CALL PHYSICIAN** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Medicine (degree and license mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience as an on-call physician in a hospital. * Availability to work from 07:00 to 14:00 Monday through Sunday, with midweek rest. Tuesday shift is from 09:00 to 16:00\. * Knowledge of general medical care and basic emergency management. Main responsibilities: * Provide medical care to patients requiring emergency or observation services during on-call shifts. * Conduct medical assessments, diagnoses, and clinical follow-up. * Respond to interconsultations and support in emergency situations. * Prepare medical notes, instructions, and records in the clinical file. * Coordinate with nursing staff and support departments. * Timely inform attending physicians and family members when required. * Comply with clinical protocols and hospital regulations.
