Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols At **Quartz Hotel \& Spa**, we are seeking a **Nursing Assistant** to join our **Recovery** department, providing care and companionship to guests undergoing post-procedural recovery, guaranteeing safety, well-being, and warm service aligned with our hospitality standards. **Position Objective** To support basic care and monitoring of recovering guests, collaborating with the medical and operations teams to ensure a comfortable, safe, and high-quality stay. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the care and basic monitoring of guests during recovery. * Monitor vital signs according to instructions from medical or nursing staff. * Assist with guest mobility and comfort as needed. * Maintain constant communication with the medical and nursing team regarding the guest’s condition. * Support preparation and organization of rooms in the Recovery area. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and confidentiality protocols. * Provide friendly and empathetic service to guests and their companions. **Requirements** * Prior experience preferred in clinics, hospitals, or recovery areas. * Basic knowledge of vital sign measurement. * Service-oriented attitude, empathy, and courteous interaction with patients. * Availability to work night shifts. * Responsibility and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Uniforms. * Company parking (with discount). * Benefits for Grupo Abadi employees. * Opportunity to join a team focused on well-being and hospitality.
